Subject to your acceptance of these Terms and payment of any applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use ExcelAnalyzer and/or ExcelCompare in accordance with the specific license terms provided at the time of purchase or trial sign-up.

b) Trials and Demos

We may offer free trials or scheduled demonstrations of the Products. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any trial offering, and to determine eligibility, at our discretion.

c) Restrictions

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Products, except where permitted by law
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Products without our prior written consent
  • Use the Products in violation of any applicable law or regulation

d) No Professional Advice

ExcelAnalyzer is designed to assist with spreadsheet auditing and model risk management practices, including in the context of frameworks such as OSFI Guideline E-23. The Products are tools to support your internal processes — they do not constitute regulatory, compliance, legal, or financial advice, and use of the Products does not guarantee compliance with any regulation or guideline. You remain responsible for your own compliance obligations.


4. Payment and Subscriptions

Where the Products are offered on a paid or subscription basis:

  • Prices are as displayed at the time of purchase and are subject to change with notice
  • Payment terms, billing cycles, and renewal conditions will be specified at checkout or in your order confirmation
  • Refunds, if any, are governed by the refund policy communicated to you at the time of purchase


5. Intellectual Property
